Audit and Activity Records

Dossira stores creator and timestamp provenance for resources and uploaded versions. Share records retain creation, update, expiry, and revocation details, while confirmed-email challenges retain limited send, attempt, consumption, and invalidation state.

The current private preview does not expose a complete customer-facing workspace audit ledger or audit export. Durable customer-visible events were not verified for every room entry, failed entry, file preview, file download, membership change, close/seal action, or export.

Do not rely on Dossira to prove every view, download, access change, approval, or operational-access event. The stored provenance must not be described as a complete, immutable, tamper-proof, non-repudiable, or legally conclusive audit trail.

If a matter requires a formal audit record, use the organisation’s approved logging, retention, and evidence systems and confirm requirements with Dossira before the pilot.
