Prelaunch pricing status

The commercial schedule is not published yet.

Prices, plan limits, administrator allowances, external-participant terms, annual billing, VAT treatment and inactive-room billing will be published only after they are approved. No payment is collected through the early-access form.

The principles that will shape the schedule

01

One subscription across Dossira

All three Dossira experiences will be included in the same subscription rather than sold as separate products.

02

Capacity based on active rooms

The commercial model is intended to be based primarily on rooms available for ongoing use across the platform, not on turning each experience into a separate product.

03

External terms stated before charging

External recipients are supported in the private preview. Whether they require paid seats or are subject to limits will be stated before public billing begins.

Shared commercial model

The chosen experience changes the work, not the product or subscription.

Every approved plan will include access to all three Dossira experiences. Capacity and participant policies will be defined once in this shared schedule.

What is an active room?

For the planned commercial model, an active room is a Client, Board or Deal Room available for ongoing work under an account. The exact events that start and stop billing for a room have not been approved.

One Client Room, one Board Room and one Deal Room count as three active rooms. They all belong to the same subscription.

External participant policy

Named external recipients can use controlled shares in the private preview. Their future pricing treatment and any participant limits are not yet approved.

Closed, sealed or archived-room treatment

Dossira does not currently provide a room sealing or close-and-export lifecycle, and no archived-room billing policy has been approved. The schedule will define inactive-room treatment before payments are collected.

Pricing FAQ

What is decided—and what is still open.

These answers describe the current prelaunch position without inventing prices, limits or billing rules.

Are all three Dossira experiences included?

Yes. Client, Board and Deal are three experiences within one Dossira product and will use one shared pricing schedule.

What is an active room?

For the planned commercial model, it is a Client, Board or Deal Room available for ongoing work. The exact billing events and plan capacities have not been approved.

Do closed or sealed rooms count as active?

No policy is published yet. Room sealing and a close-and-export lifecycle are not available in the current private preview, and inactive-room billing treatment has not been approved.

Are external participants charged?

External recipients are supported in the private preview, but their pricing treatment and any limits are not yet approved. Those terms will be stated before public billing begins.

How many administrators are included?

Administrator allowances have not been approved. No public administrator count is being presented during early access.

Can more room capacity be added?

Plan capacities and any additional-capacity option are still being decided. Describe your expected room use when requesting early access.

Can we export our record when we stop using Dossira?

Users can download files available to them. A complete room-closing record, activity-ledger export and commercial offboarding policy are not yet available or approved.

Where are customer data and identities hosted?

Dossira is provided by a Norwegian company. Customer data and user identities are hosted on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany and Finland. Dossira does not use AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud for this hosting.
