Dossira
Desk in a private professional workspace
Private rooms for professional work

One private room for each professional matter.

Deliver client work, prepare a board meeting, or organise transaction documents in one controlled room. Keep the participants and shared files for the matter together.

One product, three room types

Choose the room that fits the matter.

Dossira is one product. The room type sets the language, starting structure and relevant actions. Room-specific defaults and actions will be introduced through early access.

Product boundary

A room, not another platform.

Keep drafting in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or the tools your firm already uses. Open Dossira when confidential material needs a defined set of participants and a controlled place for the files being shared.

Dossira is for external professional work that should not remain scattered across attachments, forwarded links and long-lived shared-drive folders.

Why a room

Why give the matter a room of its own?

A dedicated boundary makes it easier to keep the people and shared material for one professional matter in context.

01

Attachments multiply

Email creates copies and makes the intended file difficult to identify.

A room keeps the material being shared for the matter together.

02

Links lose context

A shared link can deliver a file, but it does not by itself define the professional matter around it.

A room provides a dedicated place for the files and the people who need access.

03

Shared drives become long-lived

Matter files can remain mixed with internal working material after the external work moves on.

Dossira keeps the external sharing purpose-bound; available files can be downloaded when the matter ends.

A revoked share prevents later access through that share, but cannot remove a copy already downloaded by a recipient.

Room lifecycle

From first file to controlled handoff.

The current private preview supports the practical file and access steps of a room. The workflow is deliberately stated within today’s product scope.

  1. 1

    Choose a room type

Identify the matter as Client, Board or Deal when requesting early access. Room-specific defaults and actions are being introduced through the preview.

  2. 2

    Add prepared material

Continue drafting in the tools you already use, then upload the files that are ready to share.

  3. 3

    Set up access

Add registered members or create a controlled external share for a named recipient.

  4. 4

    Keep files and access current

Organise files, upload updated material, and expire or revoke external shares when needed.

  5. 5

    Take available material with you

Download the files available to you when the matter moves on.

A complete room-closing state and activity-history export are not available in the current private preview.

Shared outcomes

What every room is for.

Client, Board and Deal Rooms share the same practical foundation in the current private preview.

Keep access tied to the matter.

Registered members and external file recipients use distinct access paths, so the team can manage each type appropriately.

  • Organisation-bound members
  • Confirmed-email recipient access
  • Explicit share links when deliberately created

FAQ

Questions before you open a room.

Answers about the product, access and current private-preview boundaries.

1 What is Dossira?

Dossira is one product for opening controlled Client, Board and Deal Rooms around a defined professional matter. The current private preview focuses on keeping the shared files and their access in one dedicated place.

2 Does Dossira replace Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or our document system?

No. Continue drafting and storing internal working material in the tools your organisation already uses. Use Dossira for the external matter that needs a dedicated room and controlled file sharing.

3 Are all three room types included in the same product?

Yes. Client, Board and Deal are room types inside Dossira, not separate products. Public pricing and commercial terms have not yet been published.

4 Do external participants need to buy Dossira?

Public participant pricing and eligibility are not yet finalised. Early-access terms will explain how invited external recipients are covered before an eligible account is provisioned.

5 Is Dossira a live document editor?

No. Draft in the tools you already use, then add prepared files to Dossira for organisation and controlled sharing.

6 Where are customer data and identities hosted?

Dossira is provided by a Norwegian company. Customer data and user identities are hosted on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany and Finland. Dossira does not use AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud for this hosting.

7 What happens when a room is complete?

The files available to you can be downloaded. A defined room-closing state and a complete export of room activity and history are not implemented in the current private preview.

8 How do invited participants enter?

Registered members can choose a passkey on supported devices; email-password and magic-link sign-in are also available. External recipients currently use confirmed-email PIN verification or an explicitly created share link. Guest passkeys are not supported.

Early access

What kind of room will you open first?

Request early access and choose Client, Board or Deal. The selected room type will shape the starting experience as room-specific defaults are introduced.
